Partners) <\/em>effective from 23rd October 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The alcohol prescribed alcohol limit was amended as below:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>35mg alcohol in 100ml breath &gt; <strong>22mg in 100ml breath<\/strong>;<\/li><li>80mg alcohol in 100ml blood &gt; <strong>50mg in 100ml blood<\/strong>;<\/li><li>107mg alcohol in 100ml urine &gt; <strong>67mg in 100ml urine<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new drink driving limit in Malaysia is now&nbsp;<strong>50mg Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC)\/0.05 alcohol level <\/strong>on breathalyzer reading. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Road users who are driving under influence (DUI) and offended for the first time, he\/she will face penalty and fine as follow:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><sup>Scenarios\/<\/sup><br><sup>Penalties<\/sup><br><sup><strong>(1st <\/strong><\/sup><br><sup><strong>Conviction)<\/strong><\/sup><\/td><td><sup>DUI caused Death<\/sup><br><sup><br><\/sup><\/td><td><sup>DUI caused injury <\/sup><br><br><\/td><td><sup>DUI &#8211;
